Welcome to the official website of Zakynthos Villas Association, an organization for all the private furnished residences and villas that are operating in the tourism industry of Zakynthos. The upward interest in this type of tourism combined with the growing need to keep the entrepreneurs in this field well-informed, has led to the establishment of the Association in 2024, the first of its kind in Greece.
Zakynthos Villas Association aims to the constant development of the tourism industry, focusing on the improvement and growth of tourism businesses, such as private and luxury residences and villas. The main pillars of the Association can be summarized below:
- Setting the context of measures and rules for the protection and promotion of this type of luxury tourism
- Monitoring systematically and carefully all the issues of the tourism industry
- Developing a spirit of solidarity and mutual understanding between all the members of the Association
- Providing advice and support to all members of the Association
- Representing actively all the members of the Association at all levels
